RFID Card Usage Policy

The RFID card is an identification card linked to the TNGo account, allowing customers to rent bicycles without the need for a mobile app or internet connection.

One account can open an unlimited number of RFID cards. Please open a card for your family members to conveniently and quickly use the public bicycle service.

Instructions for opening the card

- Customers use the card opening function on TNGo mobile application or directly on the website. Please Log in and select function "My card" to start opening cards.

- Account needed verify to be able to use the card opening function.

- An account can be opened unlimited RFID Card.

- Customers can freely choose the name printed on the card and the card design.

- Card delivery time 07-14 days from the date of registration to open the card.

- Card making fee Card delivery fee is not included, Customer service staff will check the shipping fee and contact the customer to confirm the shipping fee before issuing the card.

User manual

- Activate the card: When receiving the card, the customer needs to activated card on mobile application or on website tngo.vn to start using.

- Unlock: Touch the card RFID symbol on lock (there is an alarm sound) to unlock the car.

- Give bicycle back: Parking in the station, lock the car, touch the card to RFID symbol on lock (there is an alarm sound) about 30 senconds after locking the car to end the trip.

- Check balance: Customers can check the account balance (linked to the card) on the mobile application or on the website tngo.vn.

Card service fee

- Card service fee is 5.000 points/card/month, deducted from main account and subtract on 01 every month.

- Service fee is applied from the time the customer activates the card

- If your account is not sufficient for non-service maintenance, the card will stop working. When customers top up their TNGo account, the system will automatically deduct the fee and re-open the card.

- Customers can cancel the card free. For the first card (free of charge), customers who cancel the card within the first 4 months after activation will be charged 20,000 VND for the card making fee.

Fee

- Apply fare (single ticket, daily ticket, monthly ticket, prepaid ticket) and group ticket features similar to those used on mobile applications.

- Car rental fee is deducted from cardholder's TNGo account (card opening account).
