To better fulfill your higher expectations for service quality and the best experience, TNGo is pleased to announce adjustments to the TNGo public bicycle service package policies as follows:

2. Policy details for the service packages after the adjustment

  To ensure the safety and security of your TNGo account, each TNGo account can only be logged in on one device at a time.
  Your TNGo account, after logging in on a new device, will temporarily be unable to log in on other devices for 72 hours.
  The minimum point deposit into your TNGo account is 20,000 points per transaction.
  When using the account to rent multiple bikes simultaneously, the minimum balance for the TNGo account is 20,000 points per manual bicycle and 40,000 points per electric bicycle.
