Prepaid cards TapGo

Step 1: Activate

Customers scan the QR code on the front of the card code to send an activation message to no."8066". The system will send a confirmation of successful card activation to the activation phone number.

Step 2: Rent the bike

Tap the tag on the RFID symbol on the lock or the area to the right of the QR code on the lock to unlock. The lock will play a sound when the card is touched and automatically unlock for guests to rent the car.

Step 3: Return the bike

Park your car neatly at the station, close the bike lock and touch the tag on the RFID symbol on the lock within 30 seconds of closing the lock to confirm the return of the bike. If the customer touches the card after 30 seconds, the lock will open again.

Step 4: Top-up money into the card

When the amount of money in the card is used up, customers can top up in 2 ways:

• Top up via bank account: Open any mobile banking application, scan the QRcode on the back of your TapGo card and enter the amount to deposit to transfer.
• Cash top-up (coming soon): You bring your TapGo card to the convenience store system for support to top up cash on the card.

Step 5: Reuse

When you no longer need to use the card, it is recommended that you bring the card to pay at the card point of sale to reuse and receive a small gift from TNGo for your act of protecting the environment!
